My payment couldn't process. / PayPal rejected my payment.
We are currently working on expanding our payment options to provide a hassle-free experience. In the meantime, if you are having trouble using PayPal, you may place an order either using the "invoice by email" payment option, using the contact us page, or by sending us an email at lemoncremestudios@gmail.com.
How long will my order take to arrive?
After you receive a shipping notification:
Domestic orders generally take 2-5 business days to arrive. Here are some estimates:
- USPS Ground Advantage/UPS Ground: 2-5 business days
- USPS Priority: 2-3 business days
International orders vary widely with shipping. Here are some estimates:
- USPS First-class/Asendia: 2-8 weeks
- USPS Priority Mail: 6-10 business days
- USPS Express Mail: 3-5 business days
- UPS Expedited: 4-5 business days
- UPS Saver: 2-3 business days
You can always request a shipping service not shown, and we will work to the best of our ability to follow through.
What happens if I accidentally provide an incorrect shipping address?
Packages are sent to the address entered at the time of the order, and we are not responsible for packages not delivered due to incorrect address entry. Make sure to double check your address before placing an order.
If the package has not yet been shipped, we can change the shipping address to the correct one.
If the package has already been mailed, and tracking is marked as "delivered" to the original address, there is nothing we can do. If the package is returned to us, you may pay the cost of shipping again and we will send the item out to the new address.
What if my order doesn't arrive, but I provided the correct shipping address?
More than likely the package has been delayed. Rarely the package will get lost in transit. We will handle these on a case-by-case basis due to the vastly different situations in shipping.
Why does my shipping cost so high?
Orders for individual items are at or near the lowest cost of shipping they can be. The cost of shipping for orders of multiple items may be able to be reduced. Please contact us to inquire.

Why did my acrylic product arrive with scratches? / Why is the acrylic cloudy?
Our acrylic products come with a film that protects the surface from damage. While it may be hard to spot at first, you can scrape along the edge of the acrylic to peel the film. You can also use tape to help peel the film off.
In the rare event the film has been removed and there is noticeable damage on the surface, please let us know and we can replace the product for you.
How do I clean my mouse pad?
We recommend using a soft-bristle tooth brush with gentle detergent and warm water to spot clean any stains in the fabric.
How do I clean my dakimakura cover?
We highly recommend hand-washing in warm water with gentle detergent and hang drying.
While we don't recommend using a machine to wash your pillowcases, a washing machine on low settings for peachskin fabric has generally shown to be safe. Two-way tricot is more delicate and using a machine may result in snags. If you opt to use a machine, using a laundry bag while washing is recommended to protect the fabric and seams.
Using a dryer is not recommended, but if you opt to use a dryer, please do not use heat.
What kind of pillow do I need for the dakimakura cover?
There are a number of places you can get a body pillow.
Two sizes we offer cases for are 50x150cm(20x60in) and 50x160cm (20x63in).
The best pillow on the market will be the Japanese DHR line by A&J. While pricy, it is the best quality pillow.
Another option that won't break the bank will be from Royal Pillow. They provide a decent quality pillow for a low cost.
These are the two recommendations we can provide, but we always recommend researching different pillows to find what will work best for you.
What is the difference between fabric options for dakimakuras?
Peachskin is an inelastic polyester with a slight fuzz to the surface. It's a durable fabric with a very clear image and a shine almost like satin. It is comfortable, but not the softest material. It holds creases until worn out for a while.
Two-way tricot is a very soft and smooth elastic polyester fabric. It does not hold creases like peachskin does. The picture is slightly less clear than peachskin, but very clear nonetheless. This fabric is more delicate than peachskin.
