Shipping policy
Orders are always shipped in plain packaging with a small "Lemon-Crème Studios" return address label on the corner. Please be aware that for international orders, the contents of the package (for example, "pillowcase") must be included on the customs form attached to the outside of the packaging.
If you need to update your address for any reason and your order has NOT YET shipped, please contact us at lemoncremestudios@gmail.com.
Why can't you ship to my country?
Due to regulations or situations regarding international shipping, we unfortunately will not ship to certain countries.
